Sort Column by Custom Order

I have a simple array of data in the attached spread sheet.
I am looking for a way to sort the data in such a way that column B is custom sorted North East South West from top to bottom. i.e. all the North entries come first, then the east, south and west.
I am looking for a VBA macro that for private sub workbook_open() such that it executes when the sheet is opened.

GC thanks for the suggestion. Will this just sort the column and no the data associated with it?. i.e. will it just sort column B? Ideally I would like the entire table to sort as well based on this custom sort.
