Excel VBA Create Dynamic Userform

Hello Genius,

I need your help. I saw a nice USERFORMS in the attached Personal_Finance.xls spreadsheet. Looks like it's some kind of Dynamic Userform and it Look nice. i was trying to create the same kind of Userform but i could not.
i noticed that, When I change or select the item from the combobox the description is changing too.. it's really cool. I would like to use this as well. I like to learn something new.. so could you please look into this and help me to create the same USERFORMS
The spreadsheet is locked but i was able to cracked this and grabbed the macros.

Why not just exporting that form into your file?

I couldn't see the form in cracked excel.. After I unlocked the spreadsheet the form is disappear.. I got only macros...

Imported the xxxxxxx.frm file and form worked.

Got error msg that xxxxxxxx.frx file could not be imported.

What is .frx and how important is it ?
