Autofill Column J from J10 to Last Row, According to 4th to 11th Digits of Filename

Hello,

I would like to autofill column J from J10 to last row (in this case, J189) using the 4th to 11th digits of the filename. The filename is in the following format - XX_31122008
Since I would need to do this for thousands of files, a VBA macro would help me alot to automate this process.

I have attached a sample file and a file with the desired results.
