Hello All,
This is my first post on this forum and I'm utilizing Excel for Mac 2011. I'm the "unwanted" stepchild in my work group as most others are on PC's.
My current issue is running a MACRO that was developed on Excel 2013 (Windows) and although the MACRO runs to completion, i receive the following error for the fields in the updated spreadsheet:
"The Formula Contains Unrecognized Text" and the formulas in the boxes are:
=NUMBERVALUE($BH2)+1
=NUMBERVALUE($AX2)/1000
The cell format is set to GENERAL category.
The MACRO works fine when another Excel 2013 runs the MACRO and gets the expected results w/o error.
I'm thinking it is purely the different versions of Excel that could be the issue but wondering if there is a workaround, etc.
Thanks for your feedback.
Jon
