Macro to Use column label as row label for multiple cells

I have managed to workout a macro to get my data to this stage.

Now I'm struggling to work out a macro which re-formats the data further...

I need to get the client ref in C1 to populate against each customer (b2 - b27) in this section of the s/sheet.
I need to get the client ref in C28 to populate against each customer (b29 onwards) in this section of the s/sheet.

& so on.

Basically so i get this...

Then I will just select every row with "client" & delete. I can work that bit out.

Does that make sense? Can anyone help?

When I tried it on a dummy file, it worked properly for me. Could you post a copy of your file? I have to go out shortly so I may not be able to respond until tomorrow.
