How to modify routine to add / delete / rename tabs from input ranges

The routine below nicely renames tab names from user input in ranges brand1, brand2, etc. I need it modified to also accept deleted cells or space in the range (ie if the user does not need a tab, or need the input area for all 10 brand names). Unsure if the tabs should be deleted and re added, or somehow made blank until a name is entered in the range. Clearly tab names cannot be identical , hence my question on adding/ deleting tabs dynamically .
