Macro applying to blank cells

I am recording a Macro and the data I used to record it contained about 60,000 cells - normally there will be anywhere between 5 and 100 when running the macro.

I am using a formula: =IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP($A11,'[Delinquency Consolidator Updated Master.xlsm]Assessments'!$A:$A,1,FALSE)),"ADD HOMEOWNER","HOMEOWNER ALREADY EXISTS")

and I'm having an issue because the formula is adding "add homeowner" and "homeowner already exists" to blank cells - how do i make the formula only apply to cells with text in them?

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

Also, I dont see whete the macro question comes in?
