Speed up this macros execution

My worksheets has a big set of data all connected to external workbooks.
The external workbooks all share the same file location, but the name length varies alot.
Now I wrote a macro that can toggle between showing 0 values as blank, or as 0.

Basically it changes the orginal formula to a IF formula, and back.

However I got 2 problems with this code. Firstly it do not check for last used cell on column CA, So I have to manually enter the cell range each time in the VBA editor.

Secondly the codes execution takes a long long time, is there any way I can speed up this process?
