I am trying to make an input form that when a box is checked the value of the cell automatically displays a value from another. However when the box is not checked the value allows for a user input. If i put a code in this field to = value from another then when the user inputs a value they would overwrite the code. Please help!

Cells can have either a formula or manual input, not both. You need a macro but you didn't post a workbook.

I'm sorry, I get an error opening your file, I'm using XL@007 v 2013. What kind of checkbox are you using in G1 (is is an ActiveX)?
No it is just a form control, I am not very familiar with coding and I am trying to learn

The macro below is used for the checkbox, the checkbox is linked to cell G1.
If the CB is checked then the shipping info is copied, if it is cleared the info is cleared:

You are amazing!! Thank you so much, I have spent hours trying to find a way to do this.
Made another error. I was trying to recreate the check box you created. I inserted an ActiveX check box, accidentally deleted the name, and I do not recall what it was specifically called. When trying to rename it i am receiving the message "Reference is not valid" and cannot click anywhere in excel or undo.
