Help with code to reset all the Active X Option Boxes on Worksheet

Dear All

I have the following code which is meant to clear all the option boxes on my work sheet. I have about 4 Active X option boxes on the sheet but when I run the code it only clears the fist option box and yhe rest are not clear so user can not choose them again.

Any help is appreciate it.
