Hello!

our company services a lot of customers. These customers should place orders of services out of a servicecatalogue via attaching a word formular to a ticket wich is sent via ticketsystem.

All of the wordformulars will end up in a folder on a network share. I'm just writing a Excelsheet wich should be able of reading the formular into a spreadsheet and putting the processed files into another folder on the networkshare.

The wordfile I'm usind is working with an XML Extension wich is very simple an looks like this:

The Wordfile itself looks fine and is in use right now. The only thing what acctualy isn't running is the import and move process initiated out of excel.

Has anyone got an idea how to solve this?
