The relevant code are found from above links that Developed by Mr. Alan. I appreciate him. I need modification in the code according to my task.

Hoping someone can help me. The code is difficult to understand me.

_ 2 ) . Jindon and nilem have done already a code for you. They are much better than me and can work very quickly! Their codes only do for you a Balance Summary Output Data Values. I have tried to understand their codes. I have put some explaining comments on their codes here:

_ 3) . So I modify my last code to do the same. My code is now very long and unnecessary complicated. But I do for now only the same as Jindon and nilem. Only data Values ( I think you want more: I think You want

This will all make my code ridiculously complicated!!

Thank you very much. Your work are awesome. when we run your code on database sheet this generate work sheets of all ledger accounts this is great.

This is also produce sheet named Cash111;112. but here on this sheet values of Debit and credit are missing.

Here is my needs

1) When we run code very First time this will generate work sheets named of all ledger accounts and work sheets named of accounts numbers mention in Column J Seprately.
For example if Account number mention in Column J like 111 this will produce only sheet cash 111 and if Account number mention in Column J like 111;112 with semicolon here both sheets cash 111 and cash 112 seprately have been produced.

2) After this whenever I edit database sheet and change any old amount, macro only clear text from newly generated sheets from cells Column Range B14:N14 to end row. except database and Ledger sheet.

here is difficult for me to explain the sheets however i try to my best.

There is also a main issue in my excel sheets of closing Balance that will be carry forward to next month.

So last month closing Balances i mention on the BluePrintWonk Sheets.


All Ledgers Accounts mention on BluePrintWonk.

1) Code wll generate sheets based on "BluePrintWonk" Ledger Accounts with 6 lines rows of each account Firstly.

because here is mention last month closing balance. that will be opening to next month.....
if your have another idea than also inform me.


2) Secondly code copy values from database sheet and paste values to relevant sheets after the closing balance.

Imran, one last but very important point.
!!! The codes I have written for you are now becoming very very long and very very complicated. They are not efficient. They are very slow. This is because continually they have been updated, added to , modified etc. ( And I also tried to keep them flexible as I tried to Guess what you currently or ( maybe later might ) want.
This is, perhaps, good learning for us both.
It is, however, very un professional. You should try to learn from my codes and also teach yourself VBA if you are going to be continually using these codes.

You will find it very difficult to get help further in Forums for Projects such as this. In future you will need to reduce your test data further, so that only a few sheets are made, that is to say only about 5 Accounts are present. As always select your test data so as to allow checking of all scenarios.
You are developing a very large project here. I am interested to help and take it further, but there may come a point when the Files I have and codes are just too big to make that practically possible to help working "at such a distance" form you. Currently I have required additional codes ( In Modules: “DevHelpCodes” ; “FormatCodes” ; “PubicFuktions” ( For Public Function Codes ). These were needed to both help develop and Debug the codes. ( You may also find them useful. )

It will be very difficult for me to pick this Thread up after such a long time. !!!

In the meantime I think you should consider the following very carefully:

The codes I did for you were continually modified and added to as your requirements changed or were added to.

The codes are now ridiculously long, very inefficient and have a lot of redundant parts in them.

You should think very carefully to taking some time to learn and understand more about the code you have so far.

It may save everyone’s time in the long run if you start a fresh with a new code, one which you understand.

I have to agree with Allan that trying to pick up a thread again after 6 months can be problematic (heck I have problems picking up a thread I helped on, after just a week lol)

I would say that 1 of the biggest challenges we face on the forum (and Im sure on most forums like this) is what is called scope creep. This what happens when a member asks a question, gets an answer, and then asks...ok, but can we also now add in "this" etc.

While this is a natural tendency, it can be at least partially avoided by careful consideration of what is really required, and then sticking to that. If more is needed, perhaps start a new thread with the extra requirements, and refer back to the question that has already been completed

I appreciate that you have difficulty in speaking English.

But if you cannot explain better exactly what you are referring to more accurately and precisely, then there is no chance whatsoever of anyone helping. If I cannot understand which Files and codes you are talking about in the Files and codes I gave you, then no one can!!!!
I may have a last chance to help in a few Days. But you must do much much better to explain. You must refer to and give exactly ( return to me ) the exact Files and codes and tell me exactly what you want and where I find the codes you are referring to.
In the last 7 Months I have had many many Files to store and have wriitten many long codes for People.
I cannot find or remember after 7 Months where everything is that I did for you

You have now a very last chance to get help on this project from me. ( And I cannot imagine anyone else wanting to take a look at this Project!!! And certainly no Sane Person will want to look at any of the codes I did for you. It does not fill me with much Joy and happiness looking at them myself after 7 Months!!! )
