I want to assign shortcut buttons but I want to be sure that my assigned shortcut sets dont use for another windows applications...
So, what is free shortcut buttons set?

Any shortcuts assigned in Excel will be effective only in Excel, so there is no need to be concerned about shortcuts in other applications.
