Adjustments to exclude spaces for current macro

I have a macro that concatenates a series of lines. The current macro populates the data to a blank line below the dataset. The new data set does not have blank lines. I would like the data to be populated on the first line of the dataset instead of the blank line below.

Attached is the file with the macro - Sheet1.Concat_Long_Text4 and data example of how I would like to see the data populated.

This data should be populated this way for both the Long Description and Short Description column.

Neither worked. It ended up only populating cell H2 and nothing was populated for the concatenated long description for I2. Nothing below row A was touched.
