Radio button enable/disable based on data in table

Hi all,

I've got a problem that I haven't been able to figure out. I have a bunch of radio buttons that I would like to enable or disable based on whether a column in a table has specific text in it. These radio buttons filter the data in the table and if there is no data under that filter criteria it would be great if they were 'greyed' out so to speak.

I'd be happy enough if someone could point my in the right direction or a solution
