Add new item to Combo Box Dynamic List

Hi Guys,

I've searched quite a few posts and threads on here but can't quite find what I need. I figured out how to add a combo box to a form and how to populate it from a Dynamic List

The Combo Box has validation so a name not on the list can't be typed in. What I want is for some sort of message to come up saying "the name is not in the list would you like to add" and then a yes or no option that adds it to the list and for the name to be added to the Dynamic List and then return to the updated combo box but have no idea of the code to actually make all that happen!

Any help appreciated

Basic example of this in the attached.

I'm sure the code could be tidied up a little and you could add code to alphabetise the name list but I threw this together for demonstration purposes.

Hope it points you in the right direction.
