Add Pictures Located in Spread Sheet, to email

Hi Folks,

I have about 20 iterations of this code and I can't get anything to work to add the image to the email. I understand setting the picture to variable "picture1" won't work, but I kept that in the code to show how I want to do things. So to recap the code, I copied a picture into the "email_data" tab in the spread sheet. The picture I need to copy to the email is called "Pic1" in excel. Can anyone help? I've been looking around all day and haven't been able to get anything to work.

Just to add to my original post. I know I could have the photos stored locally and use .AddAttachment option in the email, but that is not an option at this time. I'd really like to use the picture located within the spread sheet.

Still can't get this one working. Anyone have any ideas? I don't care how the pictures get attached, they just need to be located in a tab within the spread sheet. Saving the pictures locally then attaching and embedding them is not an option as I know how to do that.
