ActiveX-ListBox too large in Excel 2013 (created originally in 2010)

Hey. I created a file in Excel 2010, containing an ActiveX Listbox.
If I (on another computer) open the file with Excel 2013, the ListBox is suddenly too large. If I look at it through Developer-Mode the size is fine (font size is reduced, so it fits), but during normal use the ListBox gets too large.

Any ideas how to solve that?

I want to use the same file over cloud on a PC with Excel 2010 and on another with Excel 2013.
