Enter Specific text by comparing other cell

I have Worksheet with data from Column A to Column G.

Column B contains URL of some Advertisements. In URL there are specific words like "-for-rent-in-" , "-for-rent-lease-in-" and "-for-sale-in-"

I want specific word in Column H based on content in Column B

If Column B contains "-for-rent-in-" then need text "Rent" in Column H

If Column B contains "-for-rent-lease-in-" then need text "Rent1" in Column H

If Column B contains "-for-sale-in-" then need text "Sale" in Column H
