    Copy down Formulas and Conditional Formatting

    Hi all,

    I have a file where i record orders and need to add more rows, but need to include formulas and conditional formatting as well. I also need to add check boxes as well. When the order is delivered the check box is ticked and the row text turns light grey. Could the number of text boxes/rows to be added be input via a text box? Have attached an example file. Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

    Don't use a separate formula and check box for each row. This file has a macro that will toggle a check mark in column K when a single cell is selected - it will fill it if the cellis empty, or empty it if it is filled. The CF is then all based on one formula:

    =AND(ROW()>3,$K1<>"")

    And it is applied to all cells, so it will work no matter how many rows you have.
