savename based on listbox selection

Hi
I'm trying to create the option that allows a user for my userform to save a file based on a textbox entry and a selection they make in a listbox, now, the only problem is how to link my listbox to the filename.

For reference i'm inserting 1 sub of my userform where this listbox is in and I highlighted the part with the problem. I'm thinking I'm overthinking the entire thing.
