I have tried to search the forum for a thread that could help me solve this challenge, but I could not find the "perfect" one.

I would like, if possible, to have excel/outlook send an email to a recipient when an task is due in 7 days.

My spreadsheet contains:
Column E - item description
Column F - expiry date of the item
Column H - person responsible (marked by initials)

Is it possible to link the person/initials with an email-adress, and have excel/outlook send an email with the text in Column E and date in Column F to the person in charge of this item?

I am not able to install any other software on this computer.
The spreadsheet will be opened daily by different users.

I am no VBA expert, so I would highly appreciate a step-by-step list if what I am asking for is possible
