Selecting random rows and paste it in different column.

Hello,

I have a list of ID's and I wanted to select randomly 100 rows and paste it in different worksheet.

I have attached the excel with Unique ID's.

Could you please help me.

Insert a column before your IDs
In New A2 cell (so left to first ID) write:

double click on a fill handle (small black square in lowerright corner of the cell) to fill down cells with this formula
In A1 write a header (let's say "DUMMY").
select both columns and sort (available in Data card) (does not matter ascending or descending)
take first 100 IDs - they are in random sequence and randomly selected now.
