Is there a way to change the file name of many .pdf's for a list in excel?
Example:
Current File Name Needs to be
10429104 FLORIDA1
53292422 FLORIDA2
23432823 FLORIDA3
Each document current name and the name it needs to change to would be unique.

Wanted to make the separation clear
Example:
Current File Name / Needs to be
10429104 / FLORIDA1
53292422 / FLORIDA2

Assuming you have dimmed and set the file directory, and have headers for current file name/needs to be (so first data is in row 2)...

Can you explain to me how to dim and set the file directory?
Basically if you look at the code I provided, check out the "SavePath" which I already dimensioned in the code...basically put your save path directory there...such as "C:\Users\Owner\Folder1\"
Oh okay, I thought I had to dim before the running it.... I tried that and got a run time error 53, file not found? (The path I entered is correct..)
The debug referenced this line
Name SavePath & OldFileName As SavePath & NewFileName
Make sure you have the &" .pdf" in there. I edited the code to reflect that right after I posted...forgot about that.

I got the same error.. Here is the info I am using. I also tried no spaced in the column names example.PNGexample2.PNG
You told me your file path was right.
Use "\" instead of "/" and you'll need a "\" at the end as well:
