code help in xlsm file

Hi, this is my first question

I have an excel macro enabled file (xlsm ) wich contains an internal module for a function needed in that workbook
in my own personal macro i wrote a code to print the outbut from the xlsm workbook but, when i running my macro it jumps to the function module in (xlsm) and causes wrong calculation , i have tried the ( Application.Calculation=xlCalculationManual ) but it effects on the cell contents which using a formula based on the function module
can any one help me to implement my code without jumping to function module ? much appreciated
