Automatically Open File From "View Download" Box

Hi Everyone,

I have written a macro which opens a ms project file from a specific location, runs an msp macro and then closes the file again. Works like a charm.

However.....
We have now moved to a web based storage system.

I am using this...
Shell ("C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
to select the link but I then get a popup box called "View Downloads" which looks like this....

The usual fixes like .DisplayAlerts = True don't work.

Is there anything you can suggest?

You don't use Internet Explorer for opening files, there are various options depending on whether you need authentication, but the simplest is probably one of the solutions here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1...nload-file-vb6

We have just started using MS workspace, which is producing this "open" dialog box.
