    How Do You Make a Formula Into VBA Macro For Multiple Worksheets?

    I am stumped trying to get this to work on multiple work sheets in a workbook.

    What am I doing wrong ? I have tried for hours upon hours to no avail. I have made little notes within to help me. Please disregard those.
