Remove data category wise in Single column

Hi,
Have data in Column B "Information" which contains multiple category of Car, Fruit and Food etc.
Wants to segregate the same in respective category. If there is a multiple category available in category should be delimited with "^"
Need function, Formula or VBA for the same.

You can change category as you prefer, the code get dinamically the categories.
