Use a Shape as a Toggle Button to Show and Hide a Worksheet

I'm trying to use a Shape (Rounded Rectangle 3) as a toggle button to show and hide a worksheet called Comments and at the same time change the text in the shape so it reads 'Show Comments' when the Comments worksheet is hidden and 'Hide Comments' when the Comments worksheet is visible.

This is what I have so far but it isn't working, what am I doing wrong?
