Populating Column cell value by keyword search from other column

Hi Experts,

I'm kinda stuck with my file. I have a template where customer feedback is entered in column C, and I categorize it in column D. It works, but I can't seem to understand why I can't have "?" "0" and blank to work properly, where it should be tagged as "No Verbatim" based on keywords I have in categories tab.

Can someone help me please?

Could you please explain what you actually add into which tab and cells and what you need to see on what tab and cell.

Hi Peter,

Thank you so much for looking into this. The Categories sheet is just used to identify keywords that will be used to identify which category will be placed in column D under "Main" sheet when I run the macro.

Still don't understand! Which is the categories sheet, What is the purpose of the macro (or is it a formula?)

there is a VBA coding included on sheet1. 2 sheets on this workbook is used, the Main sheet, and the Categories sheet.

Sorry I can only see three sheets, "sheet 1", "raw data" and "main". Please remember I can't see what you are thinking or wanting, so you need to explain it better please.
