automatic update/vlookup

I wonder if any of you masterminds can help me with what I want to achieve,
I have attached a spread sheet with a rough layout of the label that I want to be generated after selecting either a Bin Location or NSV from the drop down list. After selecting either of them (preferably NSV), Label needs to be updated with the data from the "data" tab. Description, Bin Location, UOI=Footprint code.
Please note: There is only part of the data in the tab as If I upload everything the file will be 4Mb large and it would not let me attach it.
Pictures are going to be in separate folder "Images" and it is going to be *jpg file.

After selecting NSV or Loc. Label needs to be updated with:
Description, UOI, Loc, NSV and the photograph which would ideally need to spread from H1 to M10.

I would appreciate all help with this.
