Macro for back up autosave with time stamp

Hi Folks,

I would like to ask you for your help in creating a macro for a back up autosave of my file.

I would need, that Excel makes a back up autosave each day to specified folder with date/time stamp after specified GMT time has passed.

E.g. set the GMT time for 01:00AM and when somebody openes the file after this time, Excel will do this back up autosave, then on the other day the same, aso. The back up save should be made just once a day.

Is something like this possible? Im opened to any other suggestions.
