Macro to Turn Pivoted Data Back Into A Table

Good morning all.

I wanted to ask if anybody had some code they could suggest to help me move some data around on an excel sheet.
I have a table of info that is similar to a pivot table but is just a normal table of data, however I need to shift it around back to a list of data so i can use a pivot table to manipulate the data.

I have pasted an example of what i need if any body could help it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks, but i need this to forma part of a bigger macro which various users use to prepare data repeatedly.
We don't have power query to do this, i am looking to see other ways and can see that maybe trying to use an actual pivot table might help.

Bit difficult because the values inside the table are actually text and not numbers so excel can summarize them and then expand into a list of rows with the data.
(if am making any sense!)

Found the easiest way was to use the pivot table & chart wizard option.
You can then select the multiple ranges option and go from there.
