paste numbers from previous column

I want to look for a fault in a formula (column C). If so then copy the number from the previous column (column B) and past as a value (in column C).
See attached file.

To change the number format it is not a problem. I just don't know how to copy the previous column from a selection I made with: Selection.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeFormulas, 16).Select

What if I don't have any special cells?
With : 'On error resume next' he still gives the error that he can't find any special cells.
