vba paste formula to end row till end of value in previous column

i have workbook( sheet2,ETA) in sheet2 range (F2:L2) contains formula i want make it apply towards down cells untill where the values stop in B:B column end value cell

in the column L:L contains vlookup formula:

i want remove #N/A error values and apply paste special values in range L:L
