VBA Copy & Paste problem

Hi,

I am in a situation that is driving me nutts.

I have this code that is supposed to copy values and formats from one file to another.
with the code, values are pasted fine , but when code tries to paste format, it gives an error
of "System does not have resources/ pastespecial of range class failed" and then debug message

Problem is, it was working fine a week ago.

Also, if I run an older version of the same file , who has the same code and same settings, it would work.
so i am guessing there is something specifically wrong with the new file that have , but what, I don't know

I'm guessing the first selection.pastespecial command is clearing the copy. Instead of using select and selection try creating variables for example
