Copy from Excel to Reflection, simple Copy & past script ... Help Please : )

I am using Reflection For Unix and Excel.
I am new to this and so I need to start slow so I understand what I am doing.
So I want to try a simple script.

Hi what I am trying to accomplish is this.

I want to create a Macro in Reflection with VBA
that will access Excel Workbook that I have open
Then it will take the contents of A1 and copy the contents to Reflection.

My Excel Workbook is in C:\Users\Mike.C\Book1.xlsx

I have tried a few VBA scripts but every time I get errors.
The VBA scripts I have tried were just copied and pasted from the projects of other people so there may have been many problems with them for the purposes of my project.
