Macro to search a .txt file for matching strings existing in an excel file.

Good Day,

I need vba code or a macro that would search an html file which for ease of use would be converted to a .txt file. This .txt file would then be searched to find matches of persons names (First Name and Last Name) that exist in an Excel file with First Name in column A for example and Last Name in column B and then retrieved and placed in a separate file (.doc / .xls / . Txt).....i hope I explained my problem thoroughly any and all assistance to solve this problem would be deeply appreciated... Thanks
