Need help importing a CSV file that skips the first row and column

Hi all, this is my first time here and just starting out learning VBA and was hoping for someone to help me out!

A little about the problem I'm trying to get help on:
I have a hundreds of csv files that I have in a folder on my desktop and need to import all of them into a master excel sheet. So far, I am able to import all the csv files into the master copy but for every file I need to import, I need to skip the first row and column. Sorry if this is a noob question but I'm so lost. Attached is an example of one of the hundreds of csv file I need to import.

This is the code I have for importing all my csv files into my master sheet, but where and how would I add in the code to ignore the first row and first column of all the csv files?

    I appreciate any help!

Always put your code between code tags.
your code here
