I'm trying to format the numbers that get copied/pasted to two decmo-places only
For example I want to get $1,272.69 but instead, I get 1272.69345238095

Thanks for the effort. For some reason the values won't get pasted over. In other words, I get a blank column.
Maybe format the cell for 2 decimal places:

If this has been helpful, please click on the star at the left.
Thank you both, I added each of your codes as additional line and it works.
Despite the two decmo places and rounding , when I try to edit or use F2 I still see numbers as the following 1272.69345238095
Not a big deal but irritating.
You may also want to set to check off this Excel preference: Calculation ----> Set Precision As Displayed.
try JB's suggestion..
