PasteSpecial Help

I have a cell with a complex formula in it. I need to copy the results of the formula (once updated) and paste the value in the same cell, after an action in another cell.

I have the code to perform various actions after the value of a cell is updated, but don't know the function to "PasteSpecial - Values" in VB.

Can someone help?

I am actually using the .Offset function to position the cursor.
