Macro to move a row works in excel 2010 but not in Excel 2013

I created a macro to move a row from a department work order sheet to an archive sheet a couple of years ago.
It was created on Excel 2010, my company recently upgraded to Excel 2013 and now my macro is not working.
I've checked the trust center and made sure all the macro setting were the same as Excel 2010.

I've attached a small sample of the spreadsheet.
Open the file and choose Dept 5811 sheet tab.
Highlight a row and lick on the button on the upper left corner of the page.
This will send the row to the archive sheet.

Like I said, works great in 2010 but not in 2013.

    Am I missing something?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

Can you better explain what "not working" means? Do you get an error message? If yes, what's the description. Does it copy anything or just nothing happens?

I didn't notice anything wrong with the original code, but here's the same macro cleaned up a bit. Maybe it will work.

Your edited macro works great but only when I run 2010.
The error I get is this.
Cannot run the macro, the macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

Instead of clicking on the button in Excel 2013, can you run the macro manually from the macro dialog (Alt+F8) ? If yes, then reassign the macro to the button (right-click on the button and select Assign Macro).

    Hey, one more thing.
When I tried to reassign the macro it gave me a file in use locked for editing error.

    Any ideas?
