TEXT BOX to appear only if it has text in it - EXTENDED

hello friends,

Wishing you all a happy new year!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a few days back i got the attached sample work sheet done and now, i require some modification to it and starting this new thread.
in SHEET1, B6 will consist data and D2 can be inserted only with R or I.
the results should appear in SHEET2 and this is what i want;
if D2 is inserted with I, then the TEXT BOX in SHEET2 should appear with data of B6. if D2 is inserted with R, then nothing should happen but remain as it is.

that's it!
