Select Dynmaic Range in Macro

A new year, a new problem.

I have a piece of code that looks up different projects in a database, depending on the project the data may have varying rows and columns returned.

I need to select the range bounded by these two dimensions so that I can apply a formula and formatting to them. In the example attached the blue ranges may alter and I need to select the green range. Can anyone advise how to do this in a Macro please?

I should add that there are various options and headers around this data in my live sheet so I can't do a simple count of fields in a row or column. The number of rows and columns may change but the top left corner where the ranges meet will always be the same, I need to counts to start from here and ignore anything above of left of it.
