Requirement details should be segregated based on No. of Recruiters

Please find the attachment. First sheet in the attachment contains, Requirement details and that requirement allotted to # of Recruiters. Each requirement should be split based on Recruiters (No. of Recruiters). I need the Data as in Resulted Tracker (2nd sheet in the attachment)

Thank you very much. Here one more issue. I want to insert One more column (After "G" Column). After inserting the column I want to run the macro (Macro Name - "GetData1")
Now, what are changes required in the code. Please clarify.
