Hi
I have 2 Excel files. There are over 4000 missing information under the name "DESCR" and I need to find these missing 4000 descriptions in another file based on "APP" which is short for approval numbers. The first file with the missing information is filtered to show the DESCR values that are blank so the APP #s are not arranged as they are in the second file. Now I know how to find each piece of info missing but I need a way to find them in the same order they are shown in the first file so that I could just copy and paste the cells rather than looking for and copying each piece of info 4000 times. If I use a VLOOKUP function it's going to be a long one and it's going to take a lot of time, too.
