32 V. 64BIT excel
Hello every one. Have a problem with 32 bit v. 64bit. On my desk top I have 32bit excel. on my lap top I have 64bit excel. when opening file with 64bit I am getting an error saying I need to update declare statement and mark with PtrSafe attribute. I have attached the in red code in question.
It is the function part of the code that is being highlited as an error.

Sorry about that. Yes I will be happy to share. One must insert the word PtrSafe before the word Function in each of the lines in question.
