I am a newbie with VBA and am looking to set up an existing spreadsheet to be able to send a reminder email when a certain date reaches a certain date, the problem is the email client is Lotus Notes...Is anyone able to give me any advice? Thanks

cant really help with the finer points of Lotus notes (dont use it or have access to it) but you can find enough reading material you need here
