Put VBA ribbon together with Custom UI Editor Ribbon

Hi guys!!

I have one question regarding the ribbons. On first I was using VBA to generate a custom ribbon that would look like this:

I have coded it in a way that it will change tab by tab, each tab have diff options and the menu will have diff options when the user activate the tab.

Then I wanted to put another custom ribbon with large icons, which seems to be possible only via the Custom UI Editor for Office, so I did:

What I want is to have this two menus together. You see, there is Add-Ins for the VBA made custom bar and Navigation Bar for the Custom UI one.
I want to be able to use the "Navigation Bar" that is made via Custom UI to add my VBA menus.

Is that possible?

You would need to add a dynamic menu to the customUI. Then you can populate that via VBA.
