Hey guys,

I have a workbook that up until now, only I used, and reluctantly I have to share it with a team of a couple people on a network drive and I don't want them to destroy it. I am looking for a Macro that will automatically backup the workbook and append the date/time to the file name when it is launched by a particular user other than myself and save to a specified folder. I figure this way I have a working version prior to them tearing up the document after they open it so that I can revert back to it if needed.

I'm also open to any other ideas, I have tried the locked cells and protect sheet functions but its tedious due to the complexity of this particular workbook and the changes that need to be made, and other macro's running on the sheets contained within it.
